Sims 3: Supernatural Coming September 2012, and Includes Plants vs Zombies Content Pack for Preorders!!!

  So today, (June 13^th, 2012), Maxis Label of EA, has announced its newest expansion to The Sims 3, Supernatural, which is currently in development for PC and Mac. It will launch worldwide September 2012, and will feature those that haunt the night such as werewolves, witches, fairies, and of course, vampires which players will be able to create and customize. For those of you who are zombie fanatics, never fear. Sims 3: Supernatural will also include an occasional zombie attack.

Scott Evans, General Manager of The Sims Studio stated:

"With a variety of deep and mysterious supernatural lifestyles to choose from, The Sims 3 Supernatural allows players to dive into powerful new game-play that showcases a darker side of The Sims. This pack introduces a fresh perspective while maintaining the characteristic playfulness, humor and innovation of our studio. With The Sims 3 Supernatural, we are adding a wealth of rich creative possibilities, surprising new content and intriguing story-lines to the world of The Sims 3."

  It seems there is a heavy emphasis on magic, as Supernaturals will include career paths such as a mystic fortune-teller and alchemical master. Your Sims will also be able to learn magical spells and brew elixirs.
Again, for the zombie fans, there will be a special elixir for you. Turn other Sims into zombies using the zombification elixir.

  Additionally, for those that pre-order Supernatural, the Plants vs Zombies Content pack will be included in the purchase. When those zombie attacks unleash, you can be prepared with the classic Peashooter to ward them off. Rock on!!!
