The Next Batman Game Will Be A Prequel To Arkham Asylum?

BATMAN... nuff said.

So... a prequel? 

Yeah I know right...

But anyway, The next Batman game is rumored to be a prequel that centers around Batman's first encounter with the Joker, kinda like the comic the killing joke (See the comic duh and Google). But if this is to be Batmans fist encounter with the Joker, we will get to see the fateful encounter that occurred to create the Joker, as in Batman lore, the Joker was once the Red Hood... Again Google it...

According to Variety, the prequel to Rocksteady's Arkham Asylum and Arkham City will be based on the Silver Age of DC's comics from the 1950s. Variety says the game will be out in 2014 "at the earliest."
